Hi everyone!
Now, we've come to the end of the semester, and also the end of my ICT and Material Design course. Firstly, I want to thank to my instructor for this course and for the unique tasks. ( you can click here to see his personal blog) This course was one my favorites, because we learned a lot of priceless information, we had a lot of different tasks and I strongly believe that all of them had great contrubitons for our teaching carriers.
I always believed that integrating technology into teaching, especially in English language teaching is important. But before this course, I didn't know that we have that much tools to use in teaching, this course helped me to realize using technology in teaching is not just opening a video on youtube, or playing a game on kahoot.
Through this course, we had 6 tasks:
1- Creating a blog
2- Creating an infographic
3- Creating a podcast
4- Creating a digital story
5-Collaborative writing task
6- Using AI task
At first I thought that creating a blog is a really hard thing, when creating this blog I had struggled a little bit,but I need to admit that after I wrote one or two posts I really loved writing blogposts.
I can't choose the task that I loved most because most of the time I completed the tasks with a happy smile on my face. But I can say that the task that I liked least was creating an infographic. I am choosing that task as my least favorite beacuse the other ones were really amazing. There is one thing that I can say for the whole tasks that I completed, they helped me to see that there are too many ways to use technology in teaching.
As I said, this is my final post for this course. But who knows maybe I'll keep sharing my ideas with you beacuse I am having fun while I'm writing my posts. :)
